HOW TO USE
Fill your tub with warm water (not too hot). Add the entire pouch of bath soak or half for a lighter experience. Swirl the water to help salts dissolve. Step in and soak for 15-20 minutes minimum. Let the botanicals float freely, they're part of the ritual. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to do nothing.
Pro-tip: Light a candle, dim the lights, and put your phone in another room. This is your time. The rose petals and lavender will float in the water, creating a beautiful, intentional moment.
