All products are handmade in small batches. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice. Product colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to natural variations in handmade goods and monitor settings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

3. Orders & Accuracy

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade skincare products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or in an unusable state, please contact us at info@laboutiquebeyond.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can assess the situation.

6. Product Use

Our soaps are formulated with natural ingredients, but individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend patch testing before first use. We are not liable for any adverse reactions. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check individual product ingredient lists before purchasing.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of La Boutique Beyond and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Workshop Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all workshops hosted by La Boutique Beyond. By purchasing a workshop ticket, you agree to these terms.

12.1 Bookings & Payment

Your space is reserved only once full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and location.

12.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop tickets are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend: You may transfer your ticket to another person (notify us at info@laboutiquebeyond.com at least 48 hours before)

If we cancel: If we do not meet minimum participant numbers or must cancel for any reason, you will be offered a new date or full refund.

12.3 Age Requirements

Participants must be 10 years or older

Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult (who must also purchase a ticket)

The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising and assisting the child throughout the workshop

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early.

12.4 Safety & Liability

Essential Oils & Sensitivities:
We work with pure essential oils and natural ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitivities, notify us when booking. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Limitation of Liability:
La Boutique Beyond and the workshop venue hold no personal liability or responsibility for any injuries, accidents, adverse reactions, damage, loss, or theft of personal property that may occur during the workshop.

By attending a workshop, you agree to:

Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor
Hold La Boutique Beyond, its instructors, and the venue harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation

Participants attend workshops entirely at their own risk.

12.5 Photography & Video

We may take photographs and videos during workshops for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and the use of your image in La Boutique Beyond promotional materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the beginning of the workshop.

12.6 Intellectual Property Protection

All workshop content (recipes, techniques, materials, methods) is the intellectual property of La Boutique Beyond.

By attending, you agree that you will NOT:

Reproduce or redistribute workshop recipes or techniques for commercial use
Sell products made using workshop recipes
Teach workshops using our methods without written permission

You MAY:

Create products for personal use
Recreate recipes at home for yourself, family, and friends (non-commercial use only)
