Step 2: We Get Back to You
We will be in touch to discuss the event details and customization

Step 3: Review Quote & Design
We'll send you a detailed quote and design mockup for your approval within 2-3 business days.

Step 4: Confirm & Pay Full Amount

  • Full payment (100%) is required to start production
  • Custom soap orders are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun

Step 5: Receive Your Order
Your custom soaps will be ready for delivery or pickup on the agreed date.

Lead Time:

  • Cold process soaps: 4 weeks from payment (includes 4-week curing period)
  • Melt & pour soaps: 7-10 days from payment (ready within a week)

What's Included:
Each custom soap and bath soak is handmade with natural ingredients and personalized to your specifications.

Customization Options:

  • Type: Choose between custom soaps (full size or sample) or bath soak
  • Scent: Choose from our essential oil blends (lavender, tea tree, cedarwood, rose, geranium, citrus, etc.)
  • Shape: Rectangle, round, hexagon, tulip shape
  • Color: Natural colorants using clays (white, pink, blue, green, purple, orange)
  • Botanicals: Dried lavender, rose petals, chamomile, calendula, or other dried flowers
  • Ribbon: Satin ribbon or natural twine
  • Packaging: Organza bag or clear protective pouch
  • Label: Personalized with your event details, names, dates, and custom message on kraft or white paper

Soap Types:

  • Cold Process: Made from scratch using traditional soapmaking methods. Requires 4 weeks curing time for premium quality and longevity.
  • Melt & Pour: Created using high-quality shea butter base, customized with natural scents and colors. Ready in 7 days.
