Online Orders
When will I get my order?
We handcraft every order with intention so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship out, although they can always be shipped out earlier! You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Because all orders are shipped via Last Mile, they should only be in transit for 1-2 days (unless they are experiencing delays!)
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is the return policy?
At La Boutique Beyond we handcraft every soap in small batches with intention and care. Because each bar is made specifically for our community we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or in an unusable state, please contact us at info@laboutiquebeyond.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can assess the situation.
We will work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Are your soaps really all natural?
Yes. We use only natural ingredients: olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, pure essential oils, dried botanicals, and natural clays. No synthetics, no palm oil, no parabens, no sulfates, no artificial fragrances or colo
How long does each bar last?
With proper care each full-size bar lasts 4-6 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your soap keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish.
How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place on a draining soap dish. Avoid leaving it in standing water or direct shower spray. This helps it last longer and maintain its scent.
How do soap bars help with slow living?
Slow living isn't about doing less. It's about being present for what you're already doing. Like actually tasting your morning coffee instead of scrolling while you drink it. Or choosing a soap based on what your day needs, not just grabbing whatever's there.
Our soaps turn hand-washing and showering into a tiny ritual. Ground yourself with coffee before the world wakes up. Pause with chamomile when everything feels too fast. Release the day with lavender before bed. Small moments, fully experienced. That's slow living.
If you realise you've entered the wrong shipping address?
Don't panic. Just email us straight away and we'll sort it out. If we catch it before your order ships, we'll cancel everything and refund you so you can place a new order with the correct address.
Once it ships, though, we can't redirect it. Your package will arrive at whatever address you entered at checkout. So please take an extra moment to double-check everything before you complete your order.
live station & workshop
Can guests choose their own scent or do you blend everything yourself?
Guests can choose their experience. Those who want hands-on involvement can blend their own bath soak with my step-by-step guidance. Others prefer to select their essential oils and botanicals while I handle the blending. Both approaches result in a fully personalized creation.
Do you make bath soaks in advance or only on-site?
Both! We offer pre-made bath soaks for bulk orders or pre-event gifting (perfect for welcome bags or favor boxes), and live station creation where everything is made fresh on-site for real-time personalization that guests can watch and participate in.
What kind of space do you need for the live station?
Our station is easy to set up. We typically need:
- Table space for ingredient displays and blending area
- Nearby area for guests to gather and watch the process
We bring all materials and ingredients. The setup can be adjusted based on your venue layout and guest flow.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
For the Sensory Workshop the minimum is 10 people. For the Live Bath Soak Station there is no minimum, making it suitable for any event size.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to allow time for ingredient preparation, custom branding, and logistics. For larger events or peak seasons such as Ramadan and end of year, earlier is always better.
Do you offer this service outside of Dubai?
Yes! Travel and setup are included for events in Dubai. We're also happy to bring the station to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other Emirates, travel fees for these locations are quoted based on distance and event requirements.
Are the experiences suitable for children?
Yes. Both the Live Bath Soak Station and the Sensory Workshop are suitable for adults and children aged 6 and above. For children under 6 we recommend the Live Bath Soak Station where we handle all the blending, making it a safer and more comfortable experience for younger guests.
All our ingredients are 100% natural. We use child-safe essential oils at appropriate levels for mixed-age groups and avoid oils that are not recommended for young children (no use of eucalyptus, peppermint, or rosemary in products intended for children)
Am I charged for setup time?
No. Setup and cleanup are fully included in your booking. We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your event begins to prepare the station or workshop space, and we handle all cleanup once the experience is complete. Your time is your own from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave.
Do you provide the packaging and labels?
Yes, we provide all packaging and can create custom labels featuring your event branding, names, dates, or personalized messages (customisation fees apply). The pouches are beautifully presented and ready for guests to take home immediately.
When is the payment due?
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If you are booking within 7 days of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you need a specific payment arrangement, get in touch and we will work with you.
