When will I get my order?
We handcraft every order with intention so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship out, although they can always be shipped out earlier! You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Because all orders are shipped via Last Mile, they should only be in transit for 1-2 days (unless they are experiencing delays!)
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is the return policy?
At La Boutique Beyond we handcraft every soap in small batches with intention and care. Because each bar is made specifically for our community we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or in an unusable state, please contact us at info@laboutiquebeyond.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can assess the situation.
We will work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Are your soaps really all natural?
Yes. We use only natural ingredients: olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, pure essential oils, dried botanicals, and natural clays. No synthetics, no palm oil, no parabens, no sulfates, no artificial fragrances or colo
How long does each bar last?
With proper care each full-size bar lasts 4-6 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your soap keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish.
How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap in a cool, dry place on a draining soap dish. Avoid leaving it in standing water or direct shower spray. This helps it last longer and maintain its scent.
How do soap bars help with slow living?
Slow living isn't about doing less. It's about being present for what you're already doing. Like actually tasting your morning coffee instead of scrolling while you drink it. Or choosing a soap based on what your day needs, not just grabbing whatever's there.
Our soaps turn hand-washing and showering into a tiny ritual. Ground yourself with coffee before the world wakes up. Pause with chamomile when everything feels too fast. Release the day with lavender before bed. Small moments, fully experienced. That's slow living.
If you realise you've entered the wrong shipping address?
Don't panic. Just email us straight away and we'll sort it out. If we catch it before your order ships, we'll cancel everything and refund you so you can place a new order with the correct address.
Once it ships, though, we can't redirect it. Your package will arrive at whatever address you entered at checkout. So please take an extra moment to double-check everything before you complete your order.
