Returns
At La Boutique Beyond we handcraft every soap in small batches with intention and care. Because each bar is made specifically for our community we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used. All sales are final.
If you have questions about a specific soap, scent, or ingredient before purchasing please reach out to us. We're happy to help you find the perfect bar for your needs.
Shipping
Each package is wrapped with intention and we take 2-3 business days to carefully prepare, package and ship your order. Delivery time within the UAE is usually 2 days after dispatch. A flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. This email contains your order number and details. If you don't see it please check your spam folder or contact us. We currently ship within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Our soaps are handmade by Cathy in small batches. During busy periods or after new product launches processing time may extend to 5-7 business days. Thank you for your patience and for supporting slow living.
Damages
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. However, we know that sometimes things happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or in an unusable state, please contact us at info@laboutiquebeyond.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box so we can assess the situation.
We will work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction matters to us.
